I'm Eniko! I love to cook, I love to experiment with recipes.  In my culinary journey, I wanted to preserve the recipes I found in my late Mother's hand-written recipe book. Hungarian recipes don't translate 1:1 to Canadian ingredients, but I am taking on this journey with you. One recipe at the time, I indulge in the joy of recreating these time honoured desserts, savouring not only their deliciousness but also the irreplaceable connection to my Mom and the heritage she bestowed upon me.
